Last minute stop on our way home across the bridge. With 4 kids all we went for was the buffet. First time everyone ate & nobody complained in I can't remember how long! Had a great selection, prime rib & awesome dessert buffet! Well definitely be back the next time were in the area!

We love this casino because on a weekday it is never crowded and you have plenty of space. They offer free refreshments, such as pop, coffee and water. The back deck has a gorgeous view of the water and you can actually walk down to the shore. It's very clean and well maintained with a large variety of slots and games. We didn't have any luck the last time we visited, but we still enjoyed our time there. The breakfast buffet offered in the restaurant was fantastic! Huge variety of options as well as an omelet bar where they freshly make your omelet with your choice of ingredients.

Decent place. Not a lot of machines that i like to play and we don't normally do very well at all. Opinion mostly. Hey, who likes going and never winning right. I feel like they are all too tight though. I just want to play for a while.

This is a nice little casino in a good location. The buffet is good even though they no longer have the all you can eat crab leg buffet. The view of Lake Huron from the dining room is beautiful. The slots are average.

Horseshoe bay.... sublime.. ethereal... and then there is the casino. Play time on a $20 ~ 1 hour 🙀! Rooms are clean with great views of the bay or parking lot (which isn’t too bad, actually).

My wife and I liked the building and thought it was a cute casino with almost all of the staff being polite and having a smile on their face. All except one belligerent security guard which ruined our experience.
I didn't notice her name but a young female security guard with short black hair approached us after we gambled for a while and were looking at a menu outside a restaurant to buy some food around 9:00 p.m.
She walked up to us out of the blue while we were talking about the items on the menu and interrupted our conversation mid sentence to demand that we give her our ID's ( My wife and I are 33 and 36 so we don't look like we are underage). I am sure that I gave her a strange look because I was amazed of how extremely rude of a gesture that was but I didn't say anything, we just handed her our id's. Then said in a very firm voice 'how old are you?' While she tried to stare at me in an intimidating manner. I said 'excuse me?' She then said it one more time and emphasized each word 'how old are you?' I told her 36 and she also rudely asked my wife. After my wife answered the only word she said was 'okay' and handed our id's back and walked away.
I would expect this kind of treatment if I were in prison and I was a problem for the guards there but for a security guard at a casino ,where you want people to come enjoy themselves and gamble, that was ridiculous. I talked to other staff during my visit and everyone else was great though.
I would not return until I was assured that this girl was no longer working there and I was told that they had properly had their security trained for a casino and not a prison full of inmates. I recommend that others skip this place until they can have their staff properly trained. It's funny how one person can ruin a whole experience

They have nice pool that has a well regulated temperature. The rooms have a nice amount of space and enough outlets for anything you need. The beds are great and the entire casino is smoke free.

Hotel

Nice little place. When you walk in there is a nice little sitting area with chairs and couches with big windows looking over a nice large multi tier deck to the lake. The casino is not too big but nice. There is a sit down restaurant area with big windows. A nice little gift shop. There is a pressed penny machine. You can go out a door to the deck with nature or walk down a nice flowered path to the lake with a small sitting area. It is real nice and quiet. Did not stay at the hotel yet.

Played for a whole day and had a blast! Did lose money but not very much. Slots paid decent with many bonus rounds. My wife and I had better luck here than at soaring eagle. Only 4 stars because it was hard to get a drink while playing. Will be back. Cute little casino!

It's a smaller casino, but extremely clean. We got the Italian grinder from the deli to split. They have large portions and are extremely delicious. Sign up for their player's card. Would recommend!

Love love love this place. The pool is always clean and hot tub is always hot and there grinders in the deli are to die for. Yummy. Rooms are always nice and clean. Def 5 stars

Clean nice balcony with view. $175.00 Best hotel in area if you want the huge, busy, lobby and elevators like a high rise. lots of action, gambling, hosting a wedding, smoking and drinking in the bar or at the slots with valet or park a long ways from entrance. Security is high and several staff 24 hrs. Not good if you are just passing through. More of a destination itself.

Room and breakfast was good. Dinner buffet was poor, soup was just lukewarm, fish was dry, no one to serve pork loin. The flank steak and chicken was tasty. Vegetables were mushy.

Very courteous staff, one in particular was our card dealer Richard. Always had a smile and professional. Buffet was alright but all in all an awesome experience. Will be returning soon!

This casino is as tight as a duck ass in water. No one hitting. People sitting near complaining that you don't even get a little win to keep playing. I remember when this place used to be happening. Now it clears out early on a weekend night. Cause the machines are TIGHT!!!!!

Wonderful hotel outside the town, an added bonus is a $10 in free play when you stay at the hotel. The only down side is all the smoke from the casino, I would give it 5 stars if it was a smoke free environment.

Hotel is nice. Slots are tight. But overall not a bad place for a guys weekend.

Great place! Always clean, always fun and the staff/ employees were extremely nice! Had a great time... AGAIN! ♣️♦️♥️♠️🎲

Nice place to stay. Indoor pool and a weight room. Friendly staff. Nice stay!

The rooms were very nice, and had a beautiful view of the Lake with a balcony on the room. The pool looked very nice, and had a hot tub. The casino had a fairly large selection of slots and also had few table games. The buffet dinner was average at best, and I may not even give it that much. Overall, it was a very nice experience.

I've only been here two times I wish they had better snow removal and the sidewalks were cleaner there were iced over and very slippery the live music in the bar seem to draw people in that was nice but there wasn't a lot of people playing.

I loved the environment and the variety of things they have to do. I especially enjoyed the live band The hotel is very convenient. Check out was very easy and attendants were very nice.

Rooms are average and very clean. Not sure how expensive the rooms are, mine was comped. Hotel/Casino Lobby is beautiful. View from our room was fantastic. Staff for hotel are friendly and helpful. Casino is good, not very big. Need more employees at rewards check in, always a line with sometimes only one employee working while the casino floor is overstaffed. Seems they should be able to relocate staff as customers needs change throughout the day. Both restaurants have good food and are not overpriced. Also live music both Friday and Saturday night.

Stopped in at Kewadin on our way home from exploring the UP. The entrance seems a bit confined, but the parking lot itself is laid out nicely. I was not ID'd on my way in but I am at every other casino. The layout is simplistic and easy to navigate. The ATM couldn't read my card for some reason. Pop machines are few and far between. The bars have a feeling of dragging you off the floor instead of being readily available. The slots are typical for other casinos I've been to in Michigan. The table games area is small with maybe 6 tables operating at a time. The decorations are tacky but the view at the entrance window is beautiful. The bathrooms are tiny to the point that my girlfriend had to stand in line for 5 minutes (not a busy night) and I felt rushed to allow others in. I didn't talk to a single employee during my entire visit. They just walked by. Overall this casino is very basic, not very hospitable, small, but it's still a casino and you're still going to get your gambling fix. It's worth at least a quick visit while passing through St. ignace.

It is small but cozy. Very nice set up. Staff seemed nice. Restrooms were clear. It didn't smell of strong smoke like other casinos. Enjoyed my visit.

Can here for the camping and the buffet, we don't gamble. Camping is $15 that a good price for water and elec. there is a dump station on the south west exit. Now for the food?? If that's what that was cold on the 'hot bar'! I give it two stars for the price and camping. Drinks were cold and cost $2.00. Won't be back.

The surf and turf buffet was mediocre at best. $22.95 for the dinner buffet and there wasn't a very big selection. Not to mention none of the food was labelled so unless you're a food expert, it's basically mystery food. Soaring eagle in my pleasant has a much bigger and better buffet.

The casino is clean and the floor is well designed. There is plenty of walkway between games and there is a good variety of games. The buffet is tiny and barely meets the threshold of what I consider a buffet. The staff is nice and the views are spectacular.

Food was not that good at the tuesday buffet. Nice place for RV camping but all sites are sloped to some degree, some more than others. Clear view of southern sky. Pool was nice. Beautiful location.

Room/bed was nice. Room was clean. Shower tub was clogged. Shower head was way too low. I'm just over 6 foot tall. Shower head came to my chest. Common areas smell of smoke. Food in horseshoe Bay restaurant was awful.

I'm very pleased with the casino. It's small and pretty clean. I had a lunch buffet for a fair price. It bothered me that they kept taking my dishes without my permission. The gift shop wasn't that promising. Otherwise, it was a pretty good casino.

We just stopped in on our way to Marquette Michigan. People are always friendly. It's always very clean. We were only there a few hours ,we did leave broke. I always enjoy going to Kewadin

Good music. Small but quaint. Have everything you want. One of the few casinos in Michigan that let's you play for a while without sucking your money in too fast.

Kewadin has a nice view of the lake. I expected the slots to take my money and it did but they let me play awhile. Nice selection of the older slots people like that the other casinos got rid of.

Great rooms and very nice casino! Also a very nice pool, with a good view of the lake. No fridge in the room, but everything else was great.

Great place to eat and gamble! I'm a veteran and they always give veterans great treatment and special rewards. Most of the staff are very helpful and courteous. The only thing missing was waitresses out at the slot machines. No one ever came by the four hours I was there to see if I wanted a drink or bottle of water.

This was out first time visiting the Kewadin Casinos. The staff was very friendly. We very much enjoyed spending the day. Keep u the good work!

Nice hotel and nice rooms. Would be nice if they had a refrigerator and microwave in their rooms though. Have stayed here numerous times and will stay here again.

Very small. There is not a noon smoking section. But all in all bar tenders were great and we had fun. Not busy as at all. But it's not tourist season yet. Supporting the natives up there are important.

Nice rooms, clean, pool area great. Staff needs to work on customer service, players club people can be quite rude. Casino was a good time

I liked the size of the casino, not so large that the noise and amount of people inside got to be to much and not so small that I got bored quickly. I'm not a drinker so it was nice to see the availability of free pop, water and coffee. I'm also a non-smoker so I was a little disappointed to see that smoking was still allowed inside. The place was clean, the staff was nice, check in was efficient. The rooms are on the small side with no microwave or fridge. And too expensive for not having those things. Your first time there you can register for a free players card that will include a free 5 bucks to get you started gambling. Remember this tip, no matter what form of payment you are using to gamble, always put your players card into the machine. It registers your playing activity which earns you credits to use gambling. Also, the more you play the more likely you are to earn free night stays, has vouchers, good vouchers, and random deposits of free credits to your card.

Bus Trip Destination. Love the perks! Only wish I could receive a monthly mailing!

Small casino and a great stop. They have camping lots or can use the parking lot never packed besides holiday weekends.

I went with a bus group to a few different casinos and this was one of our stops. The staff was friendly and professional. Over all it was a nice place to visit.

The price was right, $50 for one night. Had long road trip and needed a break in the middle. The location was good, the rooms seemed clean though had a cleanser smell to it. The front desk lady seemed bothered that we came in at 10pm (that was noted in the reservation). Three questions with no smile. Besides that it was fine. Stayed a Monday night and the place was a ghost town.

Nice clean hotel and had fun at the bars and casino there. The rooms however are not soundproof at all. They are remodeling the second floor, however the noise you can here is not from that it is noise from the hallway from people just talking and doors slamming. I see this alot in hotels, especially when the room door has such a large gap at the bottom of the door.

A nice hotel has restaurant on site also a bar. With a casino attached. Rooms are nice.

They always have the best NYE bash in the UP. Perfect after a day of snowmobiling. They have a large smoke free portion of the casino so you don't leave smelling horrible.

The view of the bay is amazing! The pizza was awesome! We had fun!!

Kewadin casino is in a beautiful location next to the lake. Smaller casino but nice. A little under staffed, drinks at the bars had a little wait.

The view is beautiful. Nice hotel and fun place to gamble. Food is a great value!

The room was clean and comfortable. It's a casino but was very quiet. Heists were not loud, rooms were well soundproof. The downside was that the checkin/out area, first hard to find, was not yet in the non-smoking area. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.

Solid casino, good variety of slots and card games, pretty clean, good decorations and nice staff. The place is not the newest but they have done a good job of keeping it nice.

It's a nice place to stay. The rooms are nice and clean.

I went up there with a couple buddies for late night gambling. It was a lot of fun but the machines were tight.

Stayed here on the way to Tahquamenon Falls, hotel was great had a nice view of the lake, restaurant was sub-par, hot tub was perfect :)

The bar is great it has alcoholic beverages and awesome bartenders! Music on the weekends is pretty good depending on the band.

Pretty nice place with an attached hotel. I get free nights there so we typically choose to stay there. We have off/on luck playing a few of the games. Overall not bad, we'll be back.
